Employed by two of the largest advertising agencies in the Mid-Atlantic region, Trahan, Burden & Charles (TBC) and W.B. Doner & Co./Doner Direct respectively, I’ve learned through dedication, hard work and persistence to earn the respect of both clients and coworkers.

Through my experience as Vice President, Director of Account Services for Siquis, Ltd., and Vice President, Director of Client Services for Azzam Jordan, Inc., two mid-sized Baltimore advertising agencies specializing in building brands, I learned the true importance of client service and how to successfully grow their businesses.

Spending a number of years on the client side also provided me with a unique perspective on the importance of building a successful client-agency relationship.

This foundation brings more than 19 years of hands-on experience with local, national and international clients in diverse industries. The common bond is that message consistency and continuity to building and maintaining a strong brand is key.
